If your mobile phone with activated 2FA is broken, lost or Google Authenticator application has been removed from your device, you can reset 2FA by following these steps
- Contact customer service requesting to reset 2FA and you will be sent an email with instruction
- Submit a selfie of yourself holding your ID card or passport and a paper with the following information
- xspringdigital.com
- Subject: Reset 2FA
- Date of request
- Signature of account owner
Note: Please ensure that your whole head is visible in the selfie and details of your ID card and the paper are clear and not being blocked
- You will receive a confirmation email to notify when your 2FA has been disabled
