Your deposit may not be successful due to one of the following reasons:
- You deposited by QR code after your deposit request has already expired
- You deposited by bank transfer but you did not upload proof of payment within 24 hours.
- You transferred to the wrong bank account
- The sending bank account is not the same bank account that you registered to your XSpring Digital account.
In any of the above cases, please contact our customer service to check on the status of your transaction to make necessary adjustments to your wallet balance or refund your deposit
