XSpring Digital will not receive your digital assets, thus we will not be responsible for any digital assets that you have sent to the wrong address.
Please try to contact the owner of the address you have sent to. We advise you to check the destination address carefully before you deposit your digital assets.
If you 'withdraw' digital assets to the wrong address:
You can cancel the withdrawal request while the transaction status is 'WAITING'. After you click the link in the email to approve withdrawal and the transaction status changes to 'COMPLETED', the transaction will be sent to the blockchain and we will not be able to interrupt the transaction.
